Example: Agar main chori karta hoon, to mujhe dusra aadmi bhi chor lagne lagega. Main uske har action ko doubt se dekhunga.

Actually, lady khud suspicious nature ki thi, isliye usne projection kar diya.

3. Asthma:

Ego Ka Kaam: Hume Bachana

Ego har waqt naye naye tareeke nikalta hai anxiety se bachne ke. 

Kabhi wo rationalize karta hai, kabhi project karta hai, ya kahani likh kar apne dard ko nikaalta hai. Har insaan ka apna defense mechanism hota hai.
