Freud kehte hain ki insaan ke andar anxiety yaani bechaini tab hoti hai jab uske andar kuch aise desires hote hain jo wo khul ke express nahi kar sakta. 

Jaise ki sexual desires ya kisi aur tarah ki strong feelings. Jab inko express karna allowed nahi hota, toh anxiety banti hai.

3. EGO – Beech Ka Samajhdaar Dost

  • Ego dono ke beech balance banata hai — ID aur Super Ego ke beech ka mediator hota hai.
  • Yeh real world ka analysis karta hai aur decision leta hai:

“Abhi burger nahi, raat ko cheat meal le lenge.”
“Kaam pe focus karte hain, baad mein chill karenge.”

Ego ka kaam hai:

  • Reality check dena
  • Desires ko control karna
  • Anxiety se bachana

Agar Ego strong hoga → Zindagi balance mein chalegi.

Agar Ego weak hoga → Ya to tum ID ke slave ban jaoge, ya Super Ego ke guilt mein dub jaoge.

Anxiety tab hoti hai jab:

  • ID kuch chahta hai, lekin
  • Super Ego usse mana karta hai, aur
  • Ego bechara confused ho jaata hai

Tab Ego ke paas do option hote hain:

  1. Galat raasta – Jise bolte hain Repression, Denial, Projection, jisme problem chhupi rehti hai par badhti jaati hai.
  2. Sahi aur Healthy raasta – Jaise Sublimation aur Introjection, jisme energy ko creatively ya socially accept ho jaane waale tareeke se express kiya jata hai.

Par tumhara andar ka sanskari Judge (Super Ego) keh raha hai:

Aur Ego tension mein aa gaya = Anxiety

Ego sochta hai — “Chalo main uss desire ko kavita mein likh deta hoon, ya koi painting bana leta hoon.”

Ya Ego sochta hai — “Main un doston ke saath baat karunga jo mujhe judge nahi karte.”

Yeh hua Healthy Emotional Sharing + Introjection
